We Cover has redefined today’s riding arenas. Our customers are enjoying a natural environment indoors all-year-round with bright, shadowless light and efficient ventilation. The lighting in our fabric roof buildings feels like being under a shaded tree! The building’s aesthetic is designed to compliment your country estate. It’s a building you’ll feel good about owning: inside of it and out.
DO YOU NEED A BUILDING PERMIT?
Building permit requirements are determined by local building departments and vary from one area to the next. The majority of projects require a building permit, but some agricultural situations (mainly in the U.S.A) may not require one. We recommend checking with your local department for requirements. With a few exceptions, WeCover Structures provides certified, engineered drawings to your local code authority which helps to simplify the permitting process and communicate much of the required information.
WHAT SIZES DO THE BUILDINGS COME IN?
Buildings are available in a number of widths, and can be constructed to any length. We Cover structures are manufactured in widths from 50' to over 200', free-span. (Free-span requires no internal supports to hold it up; the entire internal span of the frame is clear.)
WHAT TYPE OF FOUNDATION IS NEEDED?
Foundation preparations will depend on the building size and application you require. WeCover will work with you to determine the best foundation for your building, either concrete piles (piers or pillars) or concrete grade wall will be used.
ARE WE COVER BUILDINGS ABLE TO WITHSTAND SPECIFIC WIND AND SNOW LOADS?
We Cover works with certified engineers in USA and Canada to ensure that you receive a structure designed to meet or exceed your local codes. We have engineered custom applications for up to 130 mph winds and up to 100lb snow load.
WHAT IS THE WARRANTY?
We Cover stands behind its products and ensures long lasting use by making available a 25 year pro-rated warranty on the steel structure and up to a 20 year pro-rated warranty on fabric replacement if necessary with 100% material replacement in the first 3 years.
